The Persistence of Discrimination.
Hi, I would like to share my views on how discrimination is still an ongoing behavior and how this can be avoided in this multiple racial society. Firstly, according to Dinesh(2016,p336), discrimination is preferring to better treat a certain category of human beings over another. This practice is mostly observed in the workplace environment. Secondly, this practice, of selecting based on specific characteristics, conveys a very bad Public Relations (PR) image and reputation of any given organization (Adrienne & Eden 2018). Yet companies keep doing it. Therefore, it is advisable to companies involve in such practice to always make sure no one is hurts. They need to do their best to clean their images in the eyes of their competitors and clients which are meant to be taken into consideration in such matters.
